The food at the hotel was superb. Beautiful room and nice sandy beach.

The location is not the best since it is far from the city and far to get to town

High end property. Amazing rooftop club. Excellent beach access and pool areas.

The area is still under development. Only 10% of the walkable shops in the area are actually open. This is going to be an amazing vacation spot once it’s fully operational and has the foot traffic to support the surrounding infrastructure.

Evething so great, nice room, nice service, friendly staffs , luxury resort and great beach. Unless this time my stay too much korean babies and Kids , They cry all the time. GYM and Spa should not let kid come on.

Food. Staff supportive and very nice, always smile, room clean (im not sure but they clean my room 2-3 times a day, overall safe for kidPizza and vietnamese food exellent.Warm serve, welcome, early check in, easy book taxi. Lava restaurant taste a bit not suitable with us, may be about style of cooking.Coffee 6/10

We were there over 2 month ago, and until today, my 2 year old daughter would still ask where is Ms Haha. This hotel is super kids friendly. Staffs are really helpful (especially Ms Haha, all the kids love her!) We had an amazing stay there. its a money worth spending for sure

The hotel is beautiful and very clean.

Crowded breakfast – we’ve never experienced waiting in line for 15 minutes just to have breakfast.The staff is friendly and tries their best, but they don’t speak the language well, so you often get the wrong order.Also, the wait for orders on the beach is very long.Without Google Translate, it’s hard to communicate with the waiters, and with some, it’s almost impossible.The best English speakers are at the reception.

Breakfasts were good, but in my opinion not quite Intercontinental typical standards. Food good but not great and the money charged for that food is quite high.

large modern room, comfortable and large bed, large wardrobe and beautiful bathroom, Nespresso coffee machine in the room, cleanliness at an enviable level, the entire content of the hotel is at a high level, from food to comfortable sunbeds on the beach, beautiful pools that are busy but not everything can to be ideal

there are still a lot of staff who speak very bad English, but they make up for it with their kindness

The rooms are very Modern and well designed, with floor to ceiling windows, a walk in wardrobe, plenty of storage, large bath and plenty of space.

The beach layout is a joke, your crammed into a small area with everyone within 1 metre of each other, from having to passively smoke to listening to children's cartoons everyday was the least relaxing experience we could have wished for. The beach layout It couldn't be less premium if it tried. Yet there is a huge empty open space that is unused -when asked the manager said it's kept like that for guests who like to lie on towels, but no one ever used it in a week! The breakfast is served in a large dining room, it's bad when they make you queue for upto 20 minutes for a table!You're then seated on an adjoining table with two strangers.The beach shack became preferred breakfast place but you have to get there early.The hotel was full with Japanese, and Korean families and yes whilst there are cultural differences but they seem oblivious to sharing space with other guests and were constantly shouting across us at the beach and at breakfast, that and walking in front of us when we were clearly waiting to get the lift.The hotel provide the worst bottle water it's cheap Dasani from coke a cola, it's so bad it was removed from the UK as it was found to be contaminated it's just cheap processed tap water.Do not drink this water it's so acidic you'll just get sick! The management clearly do not seem to understand what a 5 star hotel should be like, from the ambience to the space it's just really lacking at this hotel.

Our stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort was very enjoyable. From the moment we arrived in the early evening, we were greeted by the stunning presence of the hotel’s grand entrance and lobby, along with a warm welcome from the staff and a delicious ginger-flavoured refreshment.The resort’s beachfront location is absolutely perfect, offering plenty of sun loungers and parasols for guests to enjoy. The pools were equally inviting, with ample space to relax without ever feeling crowded. The children’s water play area was a highlight for our family and provided endless fun.The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a wide variety of options catering to every palate, including a dedicated children’s section and fantastic Vietnamese coffee on tap. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully laid out, providing plenty of space to store belongings and soak in the openness of the resort.Borrowing bicycles to explore the property was another highlight, as we enjoyed discovering little hidden spots like the herb garden. The complimentary shuttle service to the night markets added to the convenience and fun of our stay.Every member of staff we encountered was helpful and attentive, ensuring our experience was seamless from start to finish.InterContinental Phu Quoc is a gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and family-friendly getaway.

While the resort offers all the facilities and amenities you could need, it is quite large, and with that comes a slightly less personal feel. Given the size and scale of the property, it can feel a bit more impersonal. However, this is simply an observation and not something that detracts from the overall quality of the resort.

Beautiful property with amazing facilities for kids. Awesome club and activities for the whole week with movie screening too. All rooms are amazing and the staff was very kind.

Nothing that we didn’t like. Its 20 mins away from main city

Five star hotel with pretty affordable price. Nice breakfast and nice staffs. Though we encountered some technical problems (the AC was snot working properly and the handle of the small table was broken), the staffs and technicians helped us solve these problems timely.

Our stay at the InterContinental Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort was an unforgettable experience, marked by exceptional service, a variety of activities for adults and kids, and breathtaking ocean views. The highlight of our visit was the exquisite Japanese cuisine prepared by Chef Keny. The resort’s attention to detail and the warm hospitality of the staff made our stay truly special. I highly recommend this resort!

The swimming pools where too warmSmoking around the pools should be allowed except for children's pool - inconsistent rules.

The bed was changed every day. We made good use of the washing machine after the two weeks of travelling.

The price of the wine

Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their attentiveness and helpfulness throughout our stay there! The resort is very well equipped with wonderful facilities! Many restaurants to choose from for our meals, not to mention the wonderful spread at breakfast! We also enjoyed the water activities i.e. kayaking, gym, candle making class and rental bicycles. We absolutely loved our little getaway for our anniversary! ❤️
